FORMAT:

  1.       Background: Moderator will briefly introduce the session and discuss how PBOs can generate maximum impact through their on Proxy Modeling. (10 minutes each)-Mitch & Sahir
  2.       Introductory Comments by Panelist: Each will identify three key priorities for the methodology, process & output and briefly elaborate/reflect on their importance. (apprx 10 minutes each)
  3.       Overview of the progress made so far by the WG: WG member will provide brief summary of WG’s work to date in this area & their expectation from the session. (5 -7 minutes)- Janet Mataka, Senior Economist for the Ugandan Parliamentary Budget Office
  4.       Panel Discussion on proposed methodology: During a moderated discussion, the panelists will be asked to reflect on what specific methodology should be employed to develop proxy model for road projects by PBOs. (apprx 10 minutes each)
  5.       Panel Discussion on proposed Process & Output for the WG: During a moderated discussion, the panelists will be asked to reflect on what the type of documents the WG should produce so that other GN-PBO members can maximize the benefit – (apprx. 10 minutes each)
  6.       Plenary Discussion: The same discussion will be opened to entire group for brainstorming. (remaining time)
